It’s taken me awhile to actually post this, which is ridiculous considering how utterly amazing this brownie was.
St. Patrick’s day (such a fun tradition!). Sara made a delicious cheesecake that wasn’t gluten free, so her husband picked up a gluten free brownie from Eleanor’s Bakeshop for me. It was seriously AMAZING!!! He didn’t know how I felt about corners, but guessed right and went with a corner (my absolute favorite. I think I need to buy one of those all edges brownie pans).
I’m not kidding when I say this was THE best gluten free brownie I’ve ever had. Everything about it was perfect. I even saved the last two bites, so I could enjoy them later.
Man, now I’m craving it .
My husband tried some too (I often make him do this, so he can compare them to regular treats, since he’s eaten them more recently). He said he never would have guessed they were gluten free and that they were some of the best brownies he’s tasted period, gluten free or not.
I haven’t tried anything else from Eleanor’s Bakeshop, but after trying this I can only imagine that it’s all good.
Have you tried anything from Eleanor’s? How was it? What do I absolutely have to get when I go there?
Thanks Sara and Ryan!
