If you didn't already know, May is National Celiac Awareness Month. (For those of you who are wondering, it used to be in October, but has been changed to May.)
In honor of this, there are tons of events and sales going on throughout the country and Utah is no exception. Be on the lookout for exciting events.
Two things I'm especially loving are the Gluten Free Food Fair coming up this Saturday in Orem. It's only $2 to get in, so seriously go! They'll have tons of delicious samples and gluten free information. $2 is an awesome price for lunch ;). The other exciting thing is that Grandpa’s Kitchen Gluten Free Mixes (my absolute favorite GF flour blend and mixes) is 30% off at Harmon’s grocery stores this month. So go stock up!
