Remember my post about Gluten Free Mushroom Chicken? Well, I made it again, but a little differently (the stuffed mushrooms recipe is very versatile). This time I stuck 2 chicken breasts in the crockpot with gluten free cream soup and half of the mushroom mixture. I left it on low for 5 or so hours. I shredded the chicken and we ate it over rice. Delicious!
