Love these! My mom got some for my sister, Paige (also gluten free), and I when I went to visit for dinner. The family was having bruschetta with their meal and didn't want us to feel left out, so she got this for us to put the tomato basil topping on (if anyone is interested in that recipe let me know and I'll get it from her). 
I took the leftovers home and put whipped cream cheese on them for a snack. They're very plain, yet very good. Give them a try!
