I got an email from a reader who will be traveling to Utah national parks this summer (I'm totally jealous!). Her 10 year old daughter has Celiac and they need to figure out gluten free dining in the areas they'll be going. Unfortunately, I haven't visited any of these places since being gluten free and don't know what's there.
So, I need your help in giving her great gluten free options! Here's where she's going: Moab, Springdale (near Zion), Tropic (near Bryce) and Kanab. Also, any help on good gluten free grocery shopping in those areas would be great too.
