Schar Gluten-free Products

I have to tell you, I am way excited to try the baguettes! The original Greek Dip recipe actually calls for baguettes, but I didn't realize there were gluten-free baguettes available, and I didn't want to bother trying to bake some myself. I ended up using chips - which work, but I'm sure it's not the same. I can't wait to try these with the dip!  And how about dipping it into balsamic vinegar and olive oil like at fancy restaurants? That used to be one of my favorite things at Carraba's and now I can make my own! Wahoo! Can you tell I'm excited to learn about this? I'm definitely going to be trying the baguettes :).

Now I have tried the Schar Lady Fingers and let me tell you... DELICIOUS!  I was going to make some fun dessert out of them (like in the picture), but I ate them before I got around to it.  What? They were good ;).
