It’s writing posts like these that make me wish I were living back in Utah county.
 See these delicious cupcakes?  Well, guess what?  They’re gluten free! 

And they taste as good as they look!

Thanks to my wonderful sister, Paige, I have had the pleasure of trying 4 of their different cupcake flavors (pink lemonade is not pictured, but let me assure you… it is incredible!).

And here’s a chocolate/Neapolitan hybrid (it’s what you do when there’s just one of each cupcake and both people want to try each one).

They were seriously all delicious!  Such a fun treat!

FYI: I’ve never actually been in there, but my sister has asked them how they do the gluten free.  Apparently, they make their gluten free cupcakes first thing in the morning, to ensure there’s no regular flour floating around in the air when they make them.  It’s nice to hear that people know what they’re doing.
