Free Gluten Free Care Package.
It's from the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center (love them!).
It is full of information to help you eat gluten free and (this is the best part) a bunch of gluten free food samples!
I would have loved this when I first went gluten free (although I wouldn't have actually qualified since I wasn't diagnosed through a biopsy and might only have an intolerance instead of actual celiac).
